Der gut besuchte VESE-Herbstanlass in Rapperswil hatte die Stromspeicherung mittels Wasserstoff sowie die Eigenverbrauchsoptimierung zum Thema. Zum detaillierten Rückblick >>.
Gerne weisen wir Sie auf den nächsten Anlass hin, die VESE-Frühjahrstagung mit anschliessender Generalversammlung, Termin und Ort stehen noch nicht fest.

3) Eigenverbrauch in Mehrfamilienhäusern
Das Gesetz erlaubt den Eigenverbrauch in Mehrfamilienhäusern, der sogenannten “Eigenverbrauchsgemeinschaft” (EVG). In der Praxis stösst dies teilweise auf Schwierigkeiten, so wird z.B.

• Teilweise für jede Wohnung von den EWs ein eigener Zähler (mit entsprechender Miete) verlangt.
• Eine neue Kundengruppe für EVG gebildet, teilweise zusammen mit Leistungstarifen.

Von Seiten der Politik kommen nun zumindest für die Zählerproblematik positive Signale: Nationalrat und Ständerat haben im Rahmen ihrer Beratungen zur Energiestrategie beschlossen, dass zur Abrechnung von Strom in Mehrfamilienhäusern mit Eigenverbrauch zukünftig nur noch ein bidirektionaler Zähler obligatorisch sein soll. Eigenverbrauchsgemeinschaften sollen wie ein Endkunde abgerechnet werden.
In Kraft gesetzt wird die neue Regelung ggf. mit dem Beschluss über die Energiestrategie 2050.

Offen bleibt nun die Frage, wie das neu gewählte Parlament die Energiepolitik weiter treibt.
