1) PV-Selbstbau-Genossenschaft – neu auch in der Region Winterthur
Die PV-Selbstbau-Initiative von Syril Eberhart und seiner Energiewende Genossenschaft in Spiez hat VESE schon früh fasziniert. Der Präsentation an der VESE-Tagung 2016 folgte ein reger Austauch mit VESE Vorstandsmitgliedern in der West- und Ostschweiz. Nun haben die Solarkraftwerkgemeinschaft Seuzach und der Solarverein Dienhard am 5.10.2016 zu einer Informationsveranstaltung “Photovoltaik zum halben Preis” in Winterthur eingeladen. Die Erfahrungen aus über 100 Selbstbau-PV-Anlagen aus der Region Spiez sollen in die Region Winterthur übertragen werden. Von gut 100 Teilnehmern bekundeten nach dem Anlass über 50 Personen schriftlich ihr Interesse, sich an der Genossenschaft zu beteiligen. Weitere Informationen auf www.ewg-winterthur.ch.
2) VESE-Mitglieder-News von Migros
Die Migros betreibt das grösste Solarkraftwerk der Schweiz und hat jetzt die Anlage nochmals ausgebaut. Mit dem Bau des vierten neuen Tiefkühllagers hat die Migros-Verteilbetrieb Neuendorf AG (MVN AG) ihre bestehende Solaranlage um 3‘886 Photovoltaikmodule oder 6‘220 m² Fläche vergrössert. Mit dieser Erweiterung produziert die Anlage rund 15 Prozent mehr Strom als bisher und ist weiterhin das leistungsstärkste Solarkraftwerk der Schweiz. Mit einer Maximalleistung von 7.8 MWp kann das Solarkraftwerk 1‘900 Haushalte mit Strom versorgen. Gesamthaft entsprechen die Panels einer Fläche von ungefähr 6 Fussballfeldern. Migros ist seit Juli 2015 VESE-Mitglied.
3) Rückblick Swissgrid-Besuch
Am Abend vom 22.9.2016 wurden die angereisten VESE-Mitglieder von Swissgrid in Laufenburg freundlich empfangen. Aufschlussreich war bereits die Entstehungsgeschichte der nationalen Netzgesellschaft: Erst 2006 aus der Elektrizitätsgesellschaft Laufenburg mit rund 50 Mitarbeitern hervorgegangen, beschäftigt Swissgrid heute über rund 400 Mitarbeiter. Seit 2009 ist Swissgrid Betreiberin der obersten Netzebene (220/380 kV), seit 2013 auch Eigentümerin. Interessant war auch der Einblick in das Herz der Schweizer Netzsteuerung und die Abwicklungsstelle der KEV-Administration.
Die Frage, inwiefern der Solarstrom im Schweizer Netz spürbar sei, wurde verneint – der Einfluss sei völlig unproblematisch. Obwohl – so rechnen wir nach – an sonnigen Sommer-Sonntagen über Mittag wohl bis zu 20% vom Verbrauch mit Solarstrom gedeckt wird. Auch für die Versorgung im Falle eines AKW-Ausfalls sei man gut gerüstet – gut zu wissen, nun, da nach Beznau 1 auch das AKW Leibstadt nicht mehr am Netz ist.
4) Strompreisentwicklung
MyNewEnergy, ein Partnerservice von comparis.ch, verfolgt die Entwicklung der Solarstrompreise für Endkonsumenten. Solarstrom ist in der Schweiz mittlerweile für die breite Bevölkerung erschwinglich. Zwar müssen Privathaushalte den Standardstrom stets beim lokalen Anbieter beziehen. Den Strom aus erneuerbarer Energie dürfen sie bei einem beliebigen Anbieter dazu kaufen. Für 103.60 Franken Mehrkosten im Jahr kann ein Zweipersonen-Haushalt seinen Stromverbrauch komplett auf Solarstrom umstellen. Unschön ist hingegen, dass viele Elektrizitätswerke den Rückliefertarif für Solarstrom aus nicht-KEV-Anlagen auf 2017 senkt: Insbesondere der neue Tiefpreis von BKW – 4 Rp/kWh – trifft viele PV-Betreiber empfindlich. Von Elektrizitätswerken mit Solarstrom-abwehrender Haltung sollten aus unserer Sicht keine Ökostromprodukte bezogen werden, sondern Graustrom plus Zertifikate von unabhängigen Produzenten (z.B. bei Solarspar, ADEV, Energiegenossenschaft (Stromallmend), www.stromvonhier.ch oder www.naturstromboerse.ch bzw. siehe myNewEnergy).
Aktuell zeichnet sich eine Trendwende bei den tiefen Strompreisen ab: Während eine Vielzahl französischer Atomkraftwerke wegen Unregelmässigkeiten aussergewöhnlich lange vom Netz bleiben müssen, steigen die Preise auf dem Strommarkt erstmals wieder spürbar an. Im September lag der Preis am Spotmarkt für eine Megawattstunde Strom noch bei 40 Euro. Heute werden 60 bis 70 Euro dafür bezahlt.
